Stayed at the hotel from September 15 to September 20.2012 as part of a group of pilgrims (48 people) in room 423. The hotel does not correspond to the declared stars.
Rooms. The area of the room is very small, together with the set furniture, you move sideways. A person weighing more than 80 kg will experience inconvenience when moving around the room and staying in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer in all the rooms of our group (the group was located on floors 4.5, 8.10). There are no Russian channels. But in the rooms for some reason there are two telephones - in the bathroom ? ? and directly in the room? But they did not work in all rooms! There is no ventilation in the bathroom, when you take a shower, the room is filled with steam, which does not disappear for a long time. Because of this, there is mold on the walls! The windows of the odd numbers overlook the roadway (ours is 423.4th floor). Because there is a bus station nearby, there was a bus terminus under our window, (even with the window closed) there was a terrible noise from rumbling motors all night. There is a musty smell everywhere.
I note that in the corridor of the 4th floor for 3 days water dripped from the ceiling onto the floor. At first, there was a towel in this place, but it did not help, and all the hotel guests squished in unison through the puddles on the carpet!

Restaurant. Acquaintance with the restaurant took place at dinner on Saturday 09/15/2012. Our group was assigned a restaurant on the lowest floor (there is another one on the reception floor). The room itself and the variety of dishes, to put it mildly, disappointed us. Soup (a separate story) - a terrible, sour slurry, of an incomprehensible consistency, a side dish - one type (rice), a meat dish - chicken, a fish dish - was absent, salad - 3 types, gravy based on tomatoes - sour and even played, sweet dishes - puff pastry and croissants. When one dish ended, no one was in a hurry to bring it. Of course, this could not continue, and a serious conversation took place in raised tones with an interpreter with the hostess of the hotel! The measures taken have borne fruit, the menu has become noticeably more diverse, the products are fresher, and the staff in the restaurant has become more attentive! No more food issues! Hence the advice - defend your rights, you pay money (and not small ones) - for this you are obliged to provide certain services, because you have already paid for them!
Of the pluses - the location in the city - the old city is 4 stops by tram (or metro, or train, whatever they call it. )
In conclusion, I would like to say that I consider myself not a capricious, but an objective tourist. She traveled around Europe, rested in hotels in Turkey, Tunisia and Egypt. Choose another hotel if possible! I will gladly answer all questions!
