Poor food, especially dinners. No, everything is solid and sometimes even tasty, but the monotony is terrible - everything was the same during the week that we spent there. Didn't go to dinner twice. Yes, sometimes it's dirty. Yes, some dishes are chipped, but I took them without chips. Everything is clean. There was enough food for everyone. Yes, there are stains on the carpets, and very dirty windows. However, in Israel, the problem with washing windows is almost everywhere. There is no safe in the room as such. Contrary to the descriptions on some sites, there was no HAIRDRYER, MINIBAR, KETTLE in the room. So bring your own hair dryer. The strangest thing is that there is no bar at all in the lobby. And there is no tea or coffee for dinner! On the tables just a carafe of ordinary water! The staff referred to kosher. But my relatives, who have been living in Israel for 20 years, made fun of it. Here the matter is different - it turns out that in Europe, allegedly, in some places for dinner, tea / coffee is only for an additional fee! But there is no one to pay in Edomite! No hot drinks for dinner! Very untidy and untidy three aunts in the dining room on the 1st floor. One of them is clearly our former. Yes, there is no balcony or loggia. Towels were not always provided. So it was 2 times. Both times I asked at the reception - they immediately gave more than we needed! Perhaps everything. We had a normal kinescope Philips. Yes, not plasma and not liquid crystal, but in Israel on vacation you can do without a TV at all - we fell asleep. The board was. We arrived at 6 am! We left our things with them and went to sit and walk. We were told that check-in is always from 15-00, but come by 10-00. We arrived at 10:00 am. This is actually a small working refrigerator, in which the shelf that we used as a safe, since everything is locked with a key. Nothing has ever been lost! In the foyer sits a Russian-speaking woman from the company Galaxy named Maya, from whom you can order any excursions at a discount. Used many times! There's a schedule for when she sits. Smell? Yes, it was sharp when they entered the room. It's from the toilet bowl. Then it disappeared and was no more, although the toilet bowl was washed. The people are biased! Check in at HERODS, ISROTEL, LA MERIDIEN, HILTON - QUEEN OF SHEBA, DAN EILAT. . . if the dough is enough. It's definitely better there! This hotel does not pretend to be 5 *! There were stupidly no places in other 3 *! One of the two elevators didn't work? BOTH worked for us all the days! Renovation on the 5th floor! They are renovating the rooms! No noise and no smell of paint! And the last. . . Little secret! They don't have WI-FI in the lobby! It's weird, but they don't! Only paid terminal. And take your laptop with you. In the same building, next door is an excellent GINGER cafe. There is free WI-FI. Password? You take a cup of coffee and they bring you a wet wipe. Their phone number on the napkin is the password to access the WI-FI in the cafe! But my girlfriend saw that their WI-FI, although at a reduced level, reaches the hotel lobby!
