In principle, the hotel is not bad enough. Major negatives: in need of a facelift (at least our room), sockets poorly located, with their plug standard causing significant problems when plugging in a laptop, the cleaners in the rooms think it's our duty to leave a tip: once left 15 shekels in change ( 1-2 shekels each - well, there were no other, larger ones, but I didn’t want to leave 100 shekels) so they removed it somehow, they didn’t update tea and sugar (my wife and I are big fans of drinking a couple of cups of tea in the evening, sitting on the balcony), and instead of the required 5 towels, they left 2. Plus, they took all the beach towels (we didn’t have time to hand over - we were late for the shuttle). The next day they left 15 shekels in two coins - everything was fixed in the best possible way. Yes, perhaps the disadvantages include a rather monotonous menu. The choice of dishes is large, but always the same. Well, that's probably all the shortcomings of the hotel. There are much more advantages: a magnificent view from the windows (we were on the 4th floor) good staff. Beach across the road. There is a coral reef right on the beach, but I would recommend going to the "coral reserve" (it's 200-250 meters from the hotel) - the entrance is paid (33 NIS + 10 NIS sunbed), restrictions on swimming areas (swimming along the coral reef only with By the way, one Gavrik was fined for swimming in the wrong place with me), but what you will see underwater is worth it. Especially if it doesn't storm - the water is amazingly clear (if there is a storm, it becomes a little cloudy). The fish and corals are great. I strongly advise you to take an underwater digital camera with you. In addition, I recommend visiting the "underwater observatory". Very interesting. And so, perhaps, from entertainment in Eilat and all. And there is nothing special to do during the hot period of the day (from 12 to 15): the museum is poor, the art gallery too. Rummaging through shopping centers is not interesting.
And so, in general, the rest in this hotel is quite pleasant.
N. B. Near the hotel there is a type of "supermarket", but the prices in it are almost twice as high as in the center of Eilat. Restaurants near the hotel (I found 3 of them) are quite sane, for every taste.

Yes, yet, this does not apply to the hotel, but, in general, the impression of a holiday in Israel can be fulfilled by their security service. We flew there with a change in Ben Gurion, so their SB on domestic flights (this is a different terminal, carries a free shuttle), recruited from young people, if not kids, is capable of bringing them to white heat with their tediousness and nitpicking. The questions they ask periodically raise doubts about their mental abilities: a woman in her 50s who stood in front of us (with Slavic features, a suicide belt was not visible) was consistently asked the following questions: “what is in this spray can of hairspray? ” ? ”, “Why do you need hairspray? ” and “What are you going to do with this varnish? ”. At the same time, the varnish itself was pulled out of a huge suitcase and clearly had to fly in luggage. A little something is wrong - they make you completely lay out things. By the way, there are no left-luggage offices at the airport (! ). Maybe this is correct from the point of view of security, but the 8-hour sitting did not bring me joy, despite the fact that I could go for 4 hours, take a walk to Tel Aviv (15 minutes by taxi). Despite the fact that it is not so difficult to organize the storage of things: after checking the checked baggage of the Security Service and viewing through their device, you can direct the suitcases not only immediately for loading onto the plane, but also, at the request of the client, into luggage in special cameras, access to which passengers no longer have.
