We arrived on January 30.2014. I am my pregnant wife, 3 year old daughter, 8 year old son. we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm and stood at the counter for 45 minutes as if no one noticed until I started to resent, well, they noticed that the room was not ready, although it should have been ready at 3 o'clock. okay, all the same, we got it, took our things and went to the lobby to drink something when we got there, I took seats for my family, but I didn’t have time to enjoy the cocktail made for me when two men came up and started insulting me as if I sat down on the seats they bought, although everyone the seats were free and I had full board so I could eat, drink and sit. . . it was all part of the general I got up and left met friends we bought good whiskey ,,,,,, because in the bar where we could drink whatever we want for free, there was nothing normal,,,,,,,, , sat for a bit they didn’t even go to dinner on the street because everyone’s mood was spoiled even before that, well, they decided to go to bed, but when they got to the room, they found that the lock on the door didn’t work. I called to come and fix it, they came several times but nothing was fixed. The lock in the door was fixed, but there were no holes for the lock in the door frame and the door just simply didn’t close either from the outside or from the inside to change the room for us, we didn’t receive any offers, we went out in the file, I suggested to the hotel employee or they change the room or we go away in response did not hear anything. I took my suitcases (Pregnant Wife of Little Children) And went to the car in which we had to spend the night with our whole family.... In the morning we changed hotels. . . The most offensive thing is that neither in front of me nor in front of my family like this they spoiled our day off!!! !
