Let's start with the fact that the hotel is not in Eilat, but 5 km. from the city, you need to get there by bus (runs once an hour), or by taxi. Accordingly, there are 2 cafes and 1 shop nearby, and that's it. you have to pay for sunbeds. but the place is very uncomfortable, especially for those with children. The territory of the hotel does not adjoin the beach. As such, there is no territory at all. On the 2nd floor (passage through the elevator), there is a terrace carved into the mountain on which the pool is located. (There was still a children's, small, but no one bothered to fill it). nothing worked, no services, restaurants, bars, animations. They explained that it was not the season (December), although everything was fine in the hotel opposite with the "season".
The rooms are very small, there are no 2 rooms, and the most unpleasant thing is no balconies !!! ! A tiny enclosed space. There can be no question of any 4 stars, with a big stretch of 3, but it's a pity to give them.
The staff is 99% Russian-speaking, in this regard it is convenient, but in Eilat it’s like that everywhere.
