Service is terrible. The staff is not very friendly. The dirt is terrible. The floors in the halls and by the pool were never washed. But the best part is the bedbugs!! ! Yes Yes! Bedbugs!! ! At first, we could not understand what was the matter, until on the 3rd day we caught a bug in the bed. The hotel manager was very calm. For them, it's business as usual. We were moved to another room, and there is the same thing. Don't even think about going there!
