We returned from a tour just a couple of days ago. We stayed at Ginot Yam for four nights. It was a nightmare! Our room was 407. The windows overlooked a blank wall of a neighboring hotel, located literally 10 meters away. It was impossible to open the window - there were outdoor units below from the air conditioners. The hum was impossible all night! We tried to close the window and turn on our air conditioner. It got even worse. Our air conditioner roared no less than others. It also stank. It can be seen that it was never cleaned. There was a kettle, plastic spoons, sugar, one tea bag and three paper (! ) Cups in the room. At the reception for a long time they could not understand why paper cups did not suit me, but finally they gave me two cups from the dining room. When asked to change the room, it was said: "What does not suit you? It's "three stars"! You were already given the best room . You have a bath. And in other rooms there is only a shower. "Tea and coffee were not added to the room, you had to buy it at the reception. Any calls, even to the tour operator, are paid. Worse than the hotel did not have to meet. I will not advise anyone!
