When our tourists choose the "Introduction to Israel" tour, which consists of several excursions and days of rest on the Mediterranean Sea, then 90% choose to stay at the Ginot Yam hotel. I myself stayed in it in 2009 when I went to Israel as a tourist. This time I spent only one night in it, but not as a tourist, but as an employee of the tourism industry. As they say, I evaluated the hotel from a professional point of view : )

The hotel is located near the promenade and the beach. But I went to another beach - the one with a panoramic elevator. It is considered one of the attractions of Netanya. Walk to this beach from the Ginot Yam hotel 7-8 minutes along a very well-groomed promenade.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel lobby. There is a small library - a corner with books in Russian. There is no pool in the hotel. And there are no balconies. But there is a hair dryer, which is a rarity for a 3 * hotel! The front desk staff are very nice.

They will always answer any question in their native language for tourists, help with advice and more. The other hotel staff are also very friendly. Almost all of them speak Russian. I believe that the level of service in this hotel is no less important competitive advantage than the relatively low cost of living!
We got a room on the 3rd floor. Small but very bright room. We were lucky with the room - a small window overlooked the sea, a larger window - on a neighboring building. Everything is very modest and the furniture is not new, but in good condition. Very clean. The cost of living includes only breakfasts (and dinners are not required - there are many cafes and restaurants around for every taste and budget! ). Breakfast is not too rich, but you won't leave hungry. We had dinner at the London Cafe. He was recommended to us by Alexandra, who works at the reception. Very nice staff, huge portions. Everything was delicious! Especially fruit necks.
It's just a hit! I don't know how much we drank while we were traveling in Israel : )

In general, I really liked Netanya. Every second person I met on the street spoke Russian. And if a tourist knows only his native language, then he can safely address in Russian and they will always be happy to help him.
I can safely recommend the Ginot Yam hotel to those who travel to Israel for vacation + excursions. It is 100% worth the money! I did not find anything that would make me dissuade a tourist from going to this hotel.
