Good afternoon! I am writing my review with a "cold" head, excluding emotions - i. e. I will try to state only the facts. I hope my review will be useful to someone. So we arrived, we were met and taken to the hotel. Further, the standard settlement procedure, only no one in the travel agency warned us about the deposit. asked for 300 S. I said a firm NO, and gave only 100, they agreed. Our partners did the same. We had a room with two bedrooms and a hall-living room-kitchen area. clean beautiful brand new, all as in the picture. Two toilets, two showers. THOSE. summing up the hotel building and the room - everything is super. Next is the hotel area. The pool is small for a 35 story building. It really felt on Shabbat when the locals come over for the weekend. To be honest, the pool is very clean. There were enough sun loungers for everyone, towels were small, stale rags. Under the pool of the cafe "KONCHA", we had dinner in it, there was no choice even for money, but more on that later. The sea is close, but under a cliff, naturally there is no beach there. to get to the beach we were given daily vouchers for a taxi back and forth at the reception. It takes about 7 minutes to drive. It's not much, but it's not very convenient. By the fact that: 1. It is necessary to call a taxi and wait.
2. You can’t sit in a taxi in a tunic, so you need to dress “thoroughly”, and in beach hotels in a swimsuit from your room and immediately into the sea - this is more convenient on vacation.
3. On the way back, you need to go to a coastal restaurant and ask the staff to call a taxi, of course, they are not willing to do this. And also when they call (at the same time being indignant and asking us why they need it, this is the work of the hotel) and once and twice and three times in the taxi service they hang up when they hear that tourists need to be taken from the sea to the hotel. Because we are wet and there may be sand on our feet! Like this. So we dried ourselves, washed ourselves, so that they put us in a taxi. Walking up that mountain in the heat, and then still in a straight line to the hotel, you’re not very much. from the cafe refused to call. We got them with our requests to call. Although the hotel told us that they have such an arrangement

Now about the dinner, which we paid for at the travel agency. It takes place only 1-2 times a week (on Shabbat and any of their holidays). The rest of the time the door to the restaurant is simply closed. They give you a voucher and you go to a riveted cafe (we have END) where they gave us a menu in Hebrew, and in English they said that since we dine not for cash, but with a voucher, then we have at our disposal a choice of EITHER: scrambled eggs, OR yogurt and dairy something OR pizza. ALL!!!!!!!!!! ! We are not supposed to do the rest, or order for money. We went to the reception desk, started to find out what kind of nonsense it was, they phoned the cafe, found out something and we returned. we were brought a menu in English and were allowed to choose one of any dish + brought a small bottle of water and that's it. And so every day, except for Shabbat dinner at the hotel. And very specific. The breakfasts are poor, they don’t even fry an omelet there, moreover, there’s not even this stove there. You have to take a taxi to the shops, the area of new buildings and the infrastructure is not developed at all (40-60 shekels).
I want to say that the sea is clean and warm, a light pleasant breeze blows all the time, so the climate in Netanya is very pleasant. Will definitely come back, just to another hotel.
