This viper was chosen by the tour operator, where I bought a ticket to Israel. I arrived at night from the airport, with the driver they woke up the watchman (grandfather), who did not speak Russian. We spoke in English. Grandpa gave me the key to room 201 and I went to check in. The room was on the 2nd floor. I was immediately impressed by the corridor, reminiscent of a Soviet student hostel. Upon entering the room, a wave of cold washed over me, as if I had entered the refrigerator of a meat-packing plant or a supermarket. Because on the calendar was the second half of December, and in Israel at that time the night temperature reached +6+8 degrees, it felt like the windows were wide open. However, when I turned on the light, I saw that the window was covered with thick blackout curtains. Pushing back the curtain, I got a slight shock from the view of the window itself. The window was a wooden frame, into which narrow horizontal plates of thick glass were inserted, overlapping, according to the principle of blinds. On the side of the frame there was a metal lever, by turning which the glass plates rotated around their horizontal axis, thereby opening or closing the gaps between the plates. But even in the closed position, these glass blinds did not hermetically close the window, and air freely penetrated from the street into the room. Fortunately, having examined the room, I found a fan heater and turned it on at full power to warm the air in the room. In the closet, I took out 2 thin blankets and covered myself with them.
In the morning I examined the bathroom and found another surprise: the old plastic toilet tank was missing a button to drain the water. The body of the tank was designed so that the drain button should be in the form of a key, which, when pressed, presses on a lever inside the tank. But since there was no button to drain the water, you had to put your finger inside this old dirty tank and press the lever. Naturally, I immediately informed my tour operator about this via viber so that they could sort it out. And he went to get acquainted with Israel in a single city of Netanya.
In the evening I saw the button on the toilet bowl and smiled. However, I ran into another feature of this number. On the sides of the bed there are two bedside tables, on which there are 2 ancient and semi-rusty and dusty table lamps, of which only one worked. There was also a telephone set, apparently for communication with the reception, but it did not work at all. I thought that he was just turned off and examined along the cord. The cord went somewhere behind the bed. Moving the bed, I found the cut end of the cord and the complete absence of a place where this cord could be connected. There was no telephone socket, no continuation of the telephone cable in the room.

This is in addition to the fact that the flooring in the room was a terrible sight - in dirty spots, and under the bed, it seems, had not been cleaned at all for several years...
In short, the evening of the first day was also devoted to a message to my tour operator.
Regarding breakfast - I support and confirm what was written in previous reviews. WiFi is only available on the 1st floor, near the reception. There is no way to take him to the room, even for money. Regarding the only Russian-speaking employee of Hannah at the reception, I can say that after my raids on the tour operator, and then his raids on the Israeli host company and, accordingly, the latter's raids on the hotel staff, on the third day Hanna told me that room 308 was free and would you like to I move there? I took the key and went to look at room 308. It turned out to be a little cleaner than mine, besides there was a tiny refrigerator, even a working one. And in the 201st room there was none at all. And he was not a catch, which means a little warmer. Although every night I still slept with the fan heater on.
In short, if there is a choice of hotel, then this hotel can be considered as the last resort, if there are no other options.
