the first strange impression began from arrival at the hotel, namely the appearance of the entrance to the building and the area around it, namely, the main entrance to the hotel under the bridge, where cars rush around you, parking, an incredible pile of stairs, columns, strange concrete buildings and everything other things. then came the settlement and the second shock from the view from the window (windows open about 20 centimeters and a view of a concrete wall with gravel opens up ahead and somewhere in the distance you can see a sea). in appearance, everyone is so kind, sympathetic, understanding, promising to change to another number, but NOTHING in fact !! ! housekeeping is somehow remade bed and not always with new clean bedding and not every day!!! ! I was very impressed with the tour order! they themselves picked up brochures at the reception and, having chosen a tour, came to order, it lasted 3 days! ) madam from the reception told for a very long time that payment was only by card, there was no cash payment, or rather, they allegedly just need cards, in case of their guarantees, one hundred we will not refuse and they will not suffer losses. the whole day they tried to pay them in cash, and in this way they themselves would be without guarantees, but NOTT, they don’t take it !! ! then they gave them a card, she assured us that money would not be debited from her, it's just in case. ordered a tour, and after 15 minutes an SMS arrives - the money has been debited! We to it with questions as so? she began to assure us that it was just that they were taken under control by them, but there was no payment. As a result, an ENGLISH-SPEAKING guide comes for us (instead of a Russian-speaking one) and our miracle vacation continues, you yourself understand with what attitude. started calling the travel agency, again what and how? and there they simply answer: this is how they ordered us at your reception, today we don’t have Russian guides at all. WONDERFUL!! ! demanded a refund partially due to the absence of our guide, 3 days they were returned to us on the card, but still returned. the only thing that left a very pleasant impression is the kitchen of this hotel, special thanks to the chefs and staff, very tasty and varied !!!!!!!!!!!!! ! the territory near the hotel is creepy, as I already wrote, there is really nothing in the district, in the evening the boredom is incredible, just get out to the center ! ! the sea and the beach are gorgeous, special thanks to them too !!!!!!!!!!!! ! well, that’s how we rested) this vacation is not worth that kind of money!
