The hotel is normal. We were traveling with friends from Dublin, but they booked a room in this hotel through Booking, and we took a tour through the Join Up travel agency. The Rigent rooms were a huge difference. Our friends - as in the photo on the hotel website, we have a hole with mosquitoes and lizards, old furniture, a dead bathroom. The room has a safe, they gave 0.5 liters of water every day. The furniture is old, the bed is hard. There is no hair dryer in the room (they asked to bring it several times - as a result, they brought it 2 days before departure), an electric kettle, cups (all this was stated in rooms of this type on the hotel website), the beds were not changed, only remade. We traveled a lot, even went on excursions for 3 days. If you plan to live in a hotel and not leave, then I do not recommend the hotel.
Excursions were taken near the hotel. The tour guide was 5-10 dollars more expensive. Guide Karolina is just a star, she said that 170 Uzbeks came to her and she is very busy. Before leaving, at the hotel reception, the guide did not provide an information sheet about the departure. I had to call her to remind her. She didn't even apologize for forgetting about us.
The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful. You can order lunch and dinner. On Wednesday. and Sat. The hotel hosts parties with a disco. They offer free drinks and you can order fish and shrimp. They are preparing for you.
