We went from the tour operator Intourist. They brought it, placed it quickly, but the rooms are of course meager, in general, as in the picture. What marred the rest was the bad manners of the staff, who began to wake up at 7-7.30 in the morning and talk loudly, stomp the stairs, rattle dishes and other household appliances! If you want to sleep, stay away from the kitchen and the restaurant! Breakfasts, if you have them included, then these are drinks, toast, jam, butter, the rest is on order (bacon, scrambled eggs), but cheap. The location of the hotel is close to the beautiful sea, but the path is past the smelly bushes. The hotel itself is in greenery and flowers, cozy and beautiful. The pool is clean! Now the main disadvantage: theft! Unfortunately, we ran into, they stole a chain and a pendant with a diamond from us, pulled it out of the bag. The loss was not discovered immediately. The manager was warned, but they didn’t help us in any way and didn’t compensate for the loss... It was a shock !! ! In general, use safes, locks and other security equipment, but it’s better not to take expensive things with you! Separately, about the tour operator, they were dissatisfied with the quality of service, this was especially felt when our flight was delayed, and we were warned late, and then disappeared altogether! If we did not have a local SIM card, it is not known how they would contact us! Fortunately, we both speak English and could communicate with the locals, but the very feeling of "abandonment" of the "indifference" of the tour operator gave an unpleasant aftertaste! All in all, be careful!! !
