Arrived before the New Year by fortune from Anex Tour. All the tourists were settled in the yellow building, but in the end no one stayed there. The rooms are terrible in everything: the 1st floor is damp and smells of mold. It's stuffy on the 3rd. Air conditioning is paid and costs 500 rupees per day. Lots of mosquitoes. In fact, there is no hot water, although they say that it should be in the morning. There is no fridge or safe. There is not enough furniture in the rooms (only a wardrobe and a bed). The toilet didn't work and they didn't even try to fix it. They lost the keys to the locks in the door and searched for a long time for the Indian who had them. The main boss is always angry, constantly yelling at his subordinates, making himself the navel of the earth. Breakfast is tea and toast only.
In general, a nightmare and quiet horror, but there is one BUT: a cafe at the hotel and the Indian guys who work there. Meet Amit. He gave us an amazing farewell dinner, showed us the kitchen from the inside, told us how and what is being prepared. My wife is now at home making real Indian dal fries and dal makhani according to their recipe.
I give the hotel a three, and the chefs five plus!
