It was the second time in India, so there is something to compare. When you go to India, you need to understand that there will be no service and recreation as in Europe, Turkey and Egypt! People go to India not for service, but for the amazing sea, incredible atmosphere, exotic fruits and impressions! You need to be prepared for dirt on the roads, wild traffic, unlit streets in villages and dogs! I am not talking about cows, they do not cause any inconvenience, especially in Morjim. But with regards to the hotel, this new hotel is kept at the level of almost European (renovation), but in the conditions of India!
Upon check-in, the friendly staff brought fresh watermelon juice as a gift))) Every day, at the request of the vacationer, cleaning is done. In the room they leave a bottle of water for each guest, soap, shampoo, paper. what I liked is that they don’t touch money (unlike Turkey and Spain) if you yourself don’t say that there is money in the room for tea to the cleaner). The hotel has a massage therapist (very good massage).
Breakfast is a choice of porridge or standard for the whole of India - scrambled eggs and toasts with jam and butter, and fruit salad, coffee / tea. The staff is again very friendly. When leaving, they were taken by car to the meeting point with Pegasus, and in order not to be left alone on the road at night, the boy from the hotel was waiting with us, put us on the bus). The hotel has Wi-Fi, the hotel is new, there were interruptions with it, as well as with hot water - it was cool several times in the evening! All the furniture is new, we walked in the rooms barefoot, everything is clean, the rooms have air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a refrigerator! In general, the impressions about the hotel are only positive! It's about the hotel itself! But behind the hotel... to the beach 200-300 meters along the path through the field. You go out to the necks on the beach and you can relax both in the more crowded necks, and to the right - in the deserted ones) if you go in the opposite direction from the hotel you will meet a couple of stalls-shops. From the main road where you can take a taxi far, about 10 minutes on foot, but in the evening the road is not lit, brought down by phones. Or you can call a taxi at the reception or rent a bike, then there are no problems. In general, it’s quiet in Morjim in the evenings, so you either have fun in your room on the balcony, or you can find a cafe in Morjim that you still need to get to through the dark streets (we went to Casablanca and Paradise - if through the beach - 10-15 minutes, but it's dark), or take a bike or taxi and ride around the neighboring villages))))
