Rooms: 7.0
Service: 5.0
Cleanliness: 7.0
Food: 2.0
Amenities: 3.0
1. The rooms are quite decent, I would even say 3.4-stars. If not all have air conditioning and a ceiling fan, in the presence of which air conditioning is not required. The bed is spacious, but I did not see single beds in the hotel. The room was full of lizards and mosquitoes. You need to take anti-mosquito products with you, or turn on the fan harder (mosquitoes will be blown away). There is no bathtub in the rooms, water pours directly on the floor, no hair dryer, iron and toilet paper. The mirrors in the rooms are so low that you can look into them either standing on your back or sitting on the floor. 2. The rooms are cleaned only at the request of the administrator, i. e. no one will clean your room and linen will not be changed. there is also a sign on the door that says do not disturb and get out, you can use it. Nothing from the property or material values was lost during the cleaning. Indian women are removed.
The room has a TV with hundreds of Indian channels!!! )))
3. Kitchen. The hotel has a cafe with a minimum set of dishes. There are 2 men who cook there, who are both porters, and cleaners, and security guards, etc. By the way, they sleep on the floor near the reception, so if someone wants to go there at night, be careful not to step on them. In the kitchen, by Russian standards, of course, unsanitary conditions, although the owners claim that everything is perfect with them. The food is delicious, but by the standards of Indian cafes, the portions are small and sky-high.

4. There is wi-fi, but the signal about it can only be caught at the reception.
5. There is a small pool where no one swims and a miniature pond in front of the hotel with a couple of dead frogs. The sunbeds are covered with dermontin, which is unpleasant to lie on.
6. HOTEL OWNERS. Diego and Nifa. On the surface, nice people always smile, but they hate you behind your back.
There were several incidents with them:
6.1. Friends took a scooter from them, while they themselves had never ridden one before. But there everyone rides scooters and few people did it before Goa. The hostess refused to show how the scooter drives. The girls took, started the scooter and he fired at one of them flying across the road and crashing into another motorcycle. Thank God they escaped with a slight fright and bruised legs. The scooter had a dented front fender. In addition to the fact that the girls paid 350 rupees per day of rent, which is not weak by the standards of Goa, Diego and Nifa knocked another 66 dollars from them. and this despite the fact that all scooters are insured and insurance covers everything and this is for a dented fender !!! . At first they said that the insurance does not cover us, when they spoke again, they said that the insurance does not cover all expenses, and their last version was that they took for lost profits for ten days of possible operation of the 350 scooter (not a small price) * 10 = 3500 = 66$ + 350 rupees paid per day of rent. The scooter was in service the next day. The operator's guide refused to help, said give them the money!
6.2. I needed a life-saving injection and the medicines had to be kept in the refrigerator for 4 days, until the date of the injection, we asked for a refrigerator for 4 days. The hosts charged us 200 to 50 rupees per day. After 4 days, the refrigerator was not taken from the room, then after another 5 days they demanded an additional payment for each day of using the refrigerator, although no one thought to use it. Divorce of clean water, the money was given. because didn't want to get on your nerves.

6.3 Once in a cafe we bought food for breakfast to go. the hotel only has tea and toast and other food is relatively expensive. The Hindu was warmed up, we offered them to pay for it, but the waiters refused. The owners later said that we had acted badly and that it was impossible to be on the territory of the hotel with food bought elsewhere.
7. At the hotel reception you can change the currency, the exchange rate is very favorable, in other places it is worse.
8. It is better to take a room with a window to the patio, because the road view rooms are noisy all night from passing traffic and barking dogs.
