We rested in Rococo with my husband in early November 2011. Rest was a success. I will state the facts, and whether or not to go to this hotel, judge for yourself! Ashvem Beach, where the hotel is located, is the cleanest, most beautiful, sparsely populated, but also the most remote apart from Arambol. For this reason, they are taken there only on an individual transfer. From the airport and back - convenient, they will take you to other hotels in an hour without stopping. But for excursions, Pegasus needs to pay extra for 15 dollars. from a person. When we arrived, the hotel was under construction, but we were ready for it. A fundamental restaurant was built, instead of awnings, a shower room and a toilet were built on the street, which was not there before. There is no foot rinse, all the sand in the room. Instead of a reception on the lawn, there were two chairs and a table, now the reception is half ready, as well as three more new rooms. The area is not big. Lay out a fresh lawn and tile paths. Lots of greenery. Behind the hotel, two steps away, there is an exchanger (the exchange rate is good), you can also rent a scooter, there is also gasoline, withdraw money from the card, go to the Internet. Massage parlor next door. I was satisfied with the massage, but you can find cheaper. A little further - local tavern: all drinks, prices are good. Nearby there is a mini market where you can buy excellent cosmetics. Cafes one on top of the other - prices are lower than on Arambol. As for the rooms: upon arrival we were placed in the main building on the first floor. They said: for two days, because this is an expensive deluxe room, we will move you to the standard as soon as it is free. I describe the deluxe: an interesting design, everything is freshly painted, I didn’t notice anything torn, broken, but I took a rag with me and wiped everything: they don’t follow cleanliness. Instead of a safe, there is a drawer in the closet, which is locked with a key. Plasma TV. It shows well, a lot of channels, but there are no Russians. Refrigerator, condo worked properly, but for this you need to leave the key stuck. By the way, many rooms, like ours, are not locked from the outside, only from the inside, they left nothing quietly. There was always hot water in this room. The lighting is very dim, there is not enough voltage, there is a generator, but it did not always cope. They replaced it with a new one the day before we left. Water in the room only on arrival one bottle in the room. Kettle and two glasses. Soap, shampoo, hair dryer NO. Towels and linen were not changed, the room was not cleaned. Once drove by force: swept and threw garbage. Bathroom: hippie shower, spills all over the floor. Plumbing worked properly, there is a bidet shower. Two rolls of paper. On the third day, we looked at the standard: a good, new bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious room. BUT: the condo is not connected, the TV does not have an antenna, there is no veranda, there is no water at times. We asked not to be moved. "No problem! " And we lived in the deluxe. I will list what Pegasus promised, but this is NOT in the hotel: there are no beach towels, no beauty salon and a wig, no doctor, no sauna, no volleyball court, no animation, disco, evening programs were not. Maybe something will come up in the high season. There is a pool, but not 45 sq. m. did not really work with us. Sunbeds with mattresses pieces 8, but always free. There are very comfortable trestle beds under palm trees. One umbrella, I personally lay under a ficus. A big rarity for GOA - there is free WI-FI. Meals: Pegasus promised a buffet breakfast. NO. Breakfast on order. I like it! Omelet, porridge: water, milk, fruit, muesli, cereal, fruit salad, juice, toast, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milk. The restaurant prepares delicious food, you can order any dish in advance. We ordered sharks, huge shrimps - we liked them very much. In the nearby cafes you can eat cheaper. The most important thing for which you should choose this hotel is the proximity of the ocean, clean beach, not crowded. A warm breeze blows from the ocean, driving away the heat and mosquitoes, due to this there are almost no mosquitoes here. On the first day, we realized that we had made the right choice. Only Russians rested in the hotel, everyone became friends according to their interests. Wonderful Russian guys and girls work in the restaurant, they help on any issue. We were the only ones on the plane who had lunch bags. A trifle, but nice! And having visited the neighboring beaches of Morjim, Baga, Arambol, where there is a rumble from signals, dust, stuffiness, stench, everything floats in the water up to poop, we made sure that there is no place better than Ashvem. Excursions were taken from Pegasus: a two-day trip to the jungle - we had great fun, I advise everyone! It includes: spice plantation with lunch, living in the jungle in an elephant village, socializing, riding, bathing, elephant show, bathing in a mountain stream under the moonlight, walking with torches in the village, putting on a sari, dinner, national dances, songs, disco , morning breakfast, walk through the jungle to the waterfall, swimming, lunch. We visited Hampi. A very beautiful ancient city with palaces and functioning temples, where you can go through a blessing ceremony, chat with monkeys, make wonderful purchases at bargain prices, see the real India. We stayed at the coolest Krishna Palace hotel. Meals are not included. The only downside is the guide. Nichrome does not know, even the name of the city did not bother to remember. Well, I prepared in advance, I read a lot. As best she could, she led a tour for the others. The tour is organized for 4-5 people. Drive with stops for 8 hours. India is a wonderful country, you need to be prepared... and you will like everything! I really want to come back and definitely to this hotel.
