I was with my wife from 01/22/2012 to 01/29/2012. Everything before checking into a hotel (hotel ** "Villa Fatima") - very good.
Problems at the hotel
There are no rooms on the upper floors, on the first floor dampness, insects and plumbing are in a deplorable state, hot water periodically disappeared. They don’t clean up, changing linen with extortion, in general, you have to go around for everything, point it out, demand it....

We stayed on the first one with the hope of resettlement, but then changed our minds (because it was only 7 nights), and naturally regretted it, even 7 nights turned out to be extreme - 2-3 nights were ruined due to the fault of our stoned fellow citizens, their behavior is not influenced succeeded, no action was taken by the hotel staff either, although the residents tried to insist on calling the police. The receptionist on duty has no idea about making decisions in such cases, and in general it seemed to me very illiterate (the staff was recruited from other states), but we do not have sufficient knowledge of the English language.
Meals: (breakfast could have been abandoned at all initially) is very meager, moreover, in the case of an early departure for an excursion, there is no “dry ration”, at least water.
A separate topic about the work of a hotel guide: it seems that his task is to promote the tourist on an excursion, and then at least the grass does not grow - very little work with clients and solving their problems is visible.
Excursions: everything is more or less on the level, except for the high cost for not so much information received and the rich dynamics of visiting attractions (almost by running), because the trips are very long.
Everything related to getting pleasure - the beach, shopping, eating in restaurants, moving - all this was predictable and discussed for a lover of extreme recreation more or less familiar with the customs of the country of visit. In general, it's good.
The general impression of the place of visit is that one more page is turned over and it is not remembered from the best side, although the country is very interesting (poverty and splendor live very close by) and the people are good-natured and friendly.
