Dudhsagar waterfall
I took the tour from the host TO, deciding not to strain myself with an independent organization. In the program: a waterfall, height 304m, on the border of the state, about 100 km. On the way back: spice plantation with lunch, Hindu temple, Old Goa. Price-70dol. The peculiarity of India, with the general cheapness in the country, the prices of excursions are decent. The optimal price would be $50, but oh well.
The general impression is that I liked it, I was not particularly tired, I do not regret that I went. Picked up from the hotel at 6.30, Russian guide, minibus type "Sprinter" (a little more), air conditioning. Brought to the hotel at 17.30.
In the morning, without stopping, to the waterfall is the farthest point of the tour. The road is unusual; 3 jeeps (not Lexus-type UAZ) and another 30-40 minutes drove through the jungle, forcing mountain rivers - not hot and not tiring. The waterfall is beautiful. Hindu temple and spice plantation - informative, good lunch. Old Goa made an impression. In the 1500s - 1600s, build such large (Jesuit and just Catholic) cathedrals thousands of kilometers away. from Europe!
You can also note the absence of garbage (compared to Calangute) at all stops, and the waterfall, among other things, pleased with rocks without moronic inscriptions and trees without no less moronic rags.
