First of all, I would like to note that the hotel was opened in December 2017, i . e. just two years ago! But because of the poor performance of the top management, this is what it has become!
At the time of check-in, the staff at the reception stated that we had not paid for breakfast.
We had to prove that we had paid for breakfast, spending about 20 minutes to enter Booking. com and show the hotel staff the reservation page in English. This proves the incompetence of the staff.
Bathroom and shower room with abundant mold, especially under the bench in the shower stall; broken door locks and shabby openings between rooms; dirt in the corners of bedside tables; soiled and dirty tables; dusty cabinets and lamps; leak marks and peeling plaster on the ceiling; falling off sockets and much, much more! All this in one of the most expensive hotel rooms - Courtyard King Suite, Balcony, Extra-large (2m) Double bed (80 m).

I was very surprised by the meager design of the room and the amenities in it: only 2 bags of Lipton, no choice - black / green; shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body cream - all 22 ml each and all in one copy, for two adults; bedside tables without a drawer, everything has to be put on top of the bedside tables; in the 80-meter suite there is only one wardrobe, where it is impossible to hang clothes because of the safe; in the living room there is a wall and a desktop, in which there are many empty and unnecessary drawers, etc.
During the four days of staying in this dirty hotel, we never took a shower because of the danger to life and health!
The hotel and rooms are very dirty and certainly do not correspond to the declared five stars. The entire area around the pool and the outside window sills are covered with a thick layer of red dust that no one has ever cleaned up. Dirty mattresses by the sunbeds near the pool; faded beach towels; a shabby locker room by the pool and a completely abandoned area around the pool.
After all our claims and complaints to the resort staff, the hotel manager never met with us, although it was four days for this! Thus, the main management of the hotel showed its complete disinterest and indifference to both hotel visitors and the image of the entire MARRIOTT hotel chain!
