Until the departure on June 12, none of the administration even apologized for the incident, although we demanded to look at all the surveillance cameras and they showed that no one else entered our room except for the sanatorium employees (maids and a canteen worker).
3. The food is disgusting, I have not seen worse. Two disabled men and one Afghan sat at the table with us, all of them remained hungry. The Afghan man, in general, as we understood, left before his ticket ended.

Guide San Sanych didn’t really tell me anything at all. In GENERAL, you can relax for free, but this resort is not worth the money. (from 30.12. 12 to 4.01. 13) The sanatorium is located on Lake Shchuchye, consists of 2 large buildings (5 and 4 storey) + 2-storey building + 4 wooden log houses in a pine forest ! "Sanatorium Almaz" is written on the building in big red letters.

The dining room is large - 2 halls, on the walls there are TVs (with music programs), air conditioners, coolers and kettles with tea and coffee (pour as much as you want! ) The portions are large, we ate! The banquet is generally chic, the tables were full of everything, alcohol in general (a box of vodka next to each table (for 12 people) + wine + champagne + cognac) The entertainment program was good and great fireworks! An ice rink is flooded on the territory and skates are rented, a large slide, rubber bagels. There is a swimming pool and a sauna, as well as a bathhouse, it can be seen that it is new! A great bar on the 2nd floor, picturesque pictures of dancing girls are drawn on each wall, it is open all the time, various beer is sold. Across the road - the ski center worked. We really enjoyed! The staff was friendly, the rooms were cleaned 2 times in 3 days (I think it's normal).

The May holidays are long and my family and I thought about where we can spend them. We ourselves are from Tyumen. We called several travel agencies and settled on an offer to relax in Kazakhstan at the Almaz Hotel. Firm "Continent" organized transfer by minibus. The weather was good, but the water in the lake was still cold, we swam in the pool at the hotel. There were daily excursions. I really liked the city of Astana. The territory of the hotel in a pine forest, jumping squirrels. And the whole forest was strewn with snowdrops, very beautiful. I advise everyone.
