We had breakfast. The portions are quite decent, we had no complaints. For breakfast, a hot dish (fried eggs with sausages, scrambled eggs or oatmeal), fruit salad, fresh juice, tea or coffee (coffee in Sri Lanka is terrible! ), toast, butter, jam. We dined and dined in different places, more often at the hotel or at John's, it's nearby, the guys will show. Very tasty and cheap. The shrimp and fish are amazing. There is no meat! At all! For me, the main criteria are cleanliness, good cuisine and proximity to the beach. I got almost everything here. The friendliness of the owner and staff was very good.

We are not happy with the hotel itself. . We did not feel such a homely pleasant atmosphere, as they wrote about it in the reviews. At first, everyone is settled on the first floor, where it is impossible to breathe, because there is terrible dampness. Then, we were told that the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors were normal, I asked us to change the room, after which we were moved. Room on the 2nd floor was good, cleaned. The beach was 5 meters across the road. The guide did not come to the meeting at all. I can not recommend the hotel, no food, no buffet, the choice is not great.
