Having had enough of the eastern countries, they decided to change the country and see the ocean. We always rested in worthy 5 *. We stopped in Sri Lanka. The tour operator offered this hotel, positioning it as a youth and good 4 *. In addition, they convinced us that in the season there are rains, which disappear after 10 minutes . .
At the airport, they searched for a meeting party for a long time. That already spoiled the mood, but the weather completely spoiled it. For 2 days it rained heavily. We talked with the guys who flew away on the day of our arrival, out of 10 days they caught only 3 good ones. Thanks to the spoiled weather, all our excursions were covered with a basin, because. when at least somehow the weather cleared up, I still wanted to sunbathe. The main contingent is German couples of retirement age and Slavic natives, who were also told about the youth hotel.
Hotel REAL 3*. The most interesting thing is that there was a couple with us, to whom this hotel was sold for 5 *.

The staff tries to please, there were few complaints about them. Damp smelling rooms. Very high humidity, I read a lot about this, but did not expect this. The kitchen is monotonous (probably still plays the role of 3 *). We tried not to spoil our vacation with negative emotions and enjoy what we have, since we have already arrived.

For the first time we encountered such a boorish attitude from the tour operator of Sri Lanka. On the way back, there was no escort at all, and the driver was in a hurry to get rid of us as soon as possible, he drove just like logs.
