Service. Nice and smiling staff. All are very friendly. The general manager of the hotel creates a kind of homely hospitality even in such a large "house". It feels like you came to visit him, like old friends. But without familiarity. On the DR they congratulated us with a cake : ) From household: cleaning twice a day, fresh towels, no smell of dampness.
Rooms. All rooms have ocean views, the interior is discreet, everything is new. The hotel consists of 5 buildings: the first digit of the room number indicates the floor, the second - the building, the third - the room itself. In my opinion, it is best to take rooms either in building "0" (budget) or in "4" (more expensive). Next to these buildings, there are immediately swimming pools and entry into the ocean. Opposite buildings 1-3 there is a large lawn, so the view from the balcony is only the ocean, no palm trees : )
Territory. Small, but you can walk along the ocean in any direction, so there will be no discomfort from lack of space. There is not much vegetation - there is a lawn in the center, there are palm trees along the edges (next to the pools), but there are not many of them - so as not to block the view of the ocean. Exotic animal. No one crawled into the room / did not fly in, no mosquitoes were noticed, no one bit. On the shore we saw crabs and turtles. There are several cute chipmunks on the territory, who sometimes beg.
