We spent our honeymoon in this hotel!
arrived later than expected (flight was delayed by an hour)
upon arrival we were greeted with a smile, wet towels (very handy after 4 hours of transfer) and welcome drinks (fresh, thirst quenching, wonderful drink)
we were late for breakfast, but we were kindly fed while the rooms were being prepared for check-in: 2 tuna sandwiches, fries, fresh salad, juice and coffee (we didn’t dream of more)
sitting by the ocean in close proximity, pale-faced and tired, the ocean breathed new strength into us, we were not even going to take a nap for a couple of hours after the flight, as if the countdown had begun anew))
the country is fabulous: unlike our rude and lazy people, greedy for easy money, the Sri Lankans are hardworking, hospitable, clean people (yes-yes-yes! )
