I stayed at the hotel for only three days, so the itinerary of my trip developed. I liked everything very much. The location of the hotel is very good, the staff and the surrounding local people are welcoming and friendly. I was especially impressed by the ocean, its roar was clearly heard in the room, but during the day it was interesting to swing on its warm waves. The beaches are not crowded, clean and exotically trimmed with tropical greenery. We dined several times in a restaurant at Amal's, I still remember skillfully cooked tiger prawns. And most importantly, a relaxing atmosphere. Who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a while. . . you have come to the right place! Do not forget to take your camera with you, you will definitely need it there and there will be something to remember at home. On the plus side, the swimming pool is very nice and well maintained. Fearless chipmunks, leisurely and harmless monitor lizards dart around the territory. During my stay, I used spa services - I received a very high-quality massage from a large list of offered. I liked the two hour boat trip on the Bentota River through the mango jungle with a visit to a small farm where they offered a fish "Telapi" foot massage - I was impressed. . . Visited Buddhist Orthodox Catholic Hindu temples. There are a lot of impressions and photos left. From what they saw, tuk tuks were a little amused - a local type of motor transport. Complete disregard for the rules of the road. At the same time, a cacophony of sound signals with the presentation of the exclusivity of the correctness of their actions on the road. How such anarchy manages to avoid an accident remains a mystery to me! This is how much we spent three days in Bentota at the Vivanta hotel. Terribly did not want to leave, but the obligatory nature of the route dictated its conditions ahead was the next city of Sri Lanka, Negombo, but this, as they say, is another story, also fabulous and interesting, but different. . .
