A relaxing stay in a quiet hotel and a friendly country. Good beach location, well-groomed and green area with the presence of representatives of the local terrestrial, air and marine fauna (chipmunks, monitor lizards, bats, crabs), quality food and polite staff. This is a private, very cozy hotel! The rooms are very spacious, much larger than the standard ones, as we used to see, with a fan, air conditioning, a shower room, tastefully furnished and... Very high quality, expensive furniture made of special woods! For a small number of tourists, a rather spacious territory: a beautiful garden, a swimming pool. The territory is closed, there are no curious locals, even the hotel workers try not to catch the eye when you relax by the pool. The rooms are cleaned every day, the menu is varied and awesomely delicious! In the evenings, "parties" are held on the spacious balcony of the second floor with local inhabitants of the ocean cooked to your order! Always treat freshly squeezed juices and fruits! You should definitely try papaya and local pineapples - fantastic taste!!!
We had a chance to relax at the Romantic Villa and personally meet the hostess Natalia and her husband. Quite pleasant, sociable and very hospitable people In April, the staff completely changed and the former manager Janaka, about whom much was written in other reviews, has nothing to do with the villa. Just before the flight, I came across a review where false booking information was provided by the manager, I want to clarify that if you are interested in staying in this cozy hotel, please contact the owner of the villa Jelinek. natalia1@gmail. com interesting excursions, she can take you wherever you want, as she has been living in Sri Lanka for many years and knows the island very well, she will talk about all the pros and cons and advise on any issue! We went on excursions along the river, climbed Mount Sigiriya, visited the garden of medicinal herbs and the Buddha temple in Kandy, were in an elephant orphanage, went to Colombo, where we visited a chic Hindu temple, were in Galle, and saw a lot more... At our request, Natalia took us to a couple of shopping centers where the goods come from Italian and French factories, which are also located in Sri Lanka - real quality at local prices!! ! I have never brought so much from any other country! - Dressed the whole family! Thanks a lot Natalie!! ! After Sri Lanka, we visited the Dominican Republic, Greece, before that we traveled a lot, but such a warm and cordial welcome, such service was rarely seen anywhere! I'm sorry, I didn't specify right away: the villa is located in Beruwala. Excursions in a comfortable minibus with air conditioning and are all conducted in Russian! The traffic on the roads there is very lively and it is important that the driver is a real professional. There are discounts on local airlines and the opportunity to fly cheaply (relatively) to the Maldives, but naturally, not at the peak of the tourist season... Not far from the villa there is a very interesting Buddhist temple, if you wish, they will take you (7 minutes by tuk-tuk)
I wish you all good luck and only the best impressions about your vacation at the villa !!!!!!!!!!!! !
