The hotel is a worthy 4! The territory is just a fairy tale - here are fish with a turtle, and monitor lizards with chipmunks, and flowering shrubs, trees, and, of course, palm trees! The hotel rooms are very good (unless, of course, you do not look for the whole rest of the shortcomings). The staff is friendly. Daily cleaning in the room, bottled water, in the evening "tablets" in the fumigator from mosquitoes. Who needs animation (such as in Turkey) - then it is actually not here. The hotel is designed for a relaxing holiday.
Meals: we only had breakfasts, decent (who had dinners included - also did not complain). For dinner we went to the restaurant "Sun Flower", which is next to the hotel. Price / quality - super! There is also seafood (shrimps, lobsters, lobsters, para-fish and much more) and meat lovers will not go hungry. Everything is fresh and delicious! On average, the bill was 4300-4500 rupees (without beer) for three, despite the fact that in the hotel we would have to pay 6000 rubles. for dinner (2000 rubles per person).
Just beer, fresh juices - they are much cheaper than in the hotel.

On the beach we met with the local beachboy Semyon, he was our guide instead. Our whole company (we became friends on the way to Sri Lanka) of seven people - was very pleased with Semyon's services. We went on a one-day excursion to Kandy - we visited everything that was in the program (unlike vacationers who took the same excursion with a hotel guide) - we liked it crazy! Also Bentota Rive safari - boating on the river (also taken from Semyon)! His prices are lower than those of the hotel guide, and the quality is higher.
In general, the holiday was a success!

P. S. The staff from Join UP in Sri Lanka is a big fly in the ointment. Except for a divorce on excursions, there is no more sense from them, or even worse - sheer misinformation, including some minor questions (for example: for 100 rupees, luggage will not be packed for you in Colombo - it costs 800 rupees or 8 dollars for one luggage; if there are two or more of you - and a suitcase 1 for 32kg - then 2kg.
will have to be removed).
