Диквелла супер! Dikwella is great!

SRI LANKA, DIKVELLA, FISHING!
Rested with my husband from 11/23/09 to 12/7/09.
First, 4 days of excursions, Sigiriya was the most shocking, and of course nature!!!
The tour was private. Special thanks to our guide Prodni for my birthday and in general for the entire sightseeing tour.
When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, it was a complete delight !! ! Very cozy, all in greenery, around the ocean and chipmunks with monitor lizards.
Dinner exceeded all expectations! 5 meal changes. Sea food, meat, vegetables, fruits + elements of Italian cuisine... Very tasty! The staff is smiling and accommodating. And if you smile and are friendly, then in general you are ready for anything to serve...
So everything is ok with food there... We have something to compare with Egypt5 * and Thailand 3 * - 5 * "rest and smoke nervously"!
The rooms are quite normal not for 5, but there was nothing annoying... They were cleaned every day, and of course there were flowers on the bed.

We took discs with a DVD player with us, knowing that there was nothing to do in the evening, but believe me, we used it only 1 time. There are not many people in the hotel, there were 20 people in total, half of them were Russians, almost all of them were pleasant cheerful people... We took fins and masks with us, in general there is something to see (colored fish, lobsters, Barracudas, hedgehogs, cucumbers . . ). Body surfing in the evenings. When big waves are a complete delight!! ! Well, about the main thing. My husband and I decided to go fishing. At 5 o'clock in the morning, it was not yet dawn, we went out into the open ocean in a small motorboat. Huge waves, lifejackets and life buoys are not observed, the boat was thrown, so that I thought I would be cured overboard . . In short, full drive. We stopped an hour later and started catching a sardine with marmyshka. I caught 4 pieces at once . . Then on this sardine (the size of an average herring) we started catching something larger at a speed . . And do not believe it, I pecked . . and the line pulled like that... I have not experienced anything like this... Then a fish jumped out of the water!!!
In short, it was a 2-meter Blue Marlin or Sail fish. I gave the fishing line to the fishermen and they skillfully let it down for a long time and eventually dragged it to the boat, hooked it with hooks, and dragged it into the boat, having previously nailed it with a crowbar. All this time I was in complete suspended animation with delight.
When we landed on the shore, a bunch of fishermen and people from the hotel came running, let's congratulate me, and all the remaining 2 days the locals went and said that I was “good luck lady” and tried to shake my hand.
So the rest was a success . . The hotel is nice, homely and very beautiful!!!
