They didn’t check in right away, they asked to spend the night for 1 night in another hotel, they took me at their own expense, but for that on the trail. the day was given a deluxe for the inconvenience + fed dinner (we paid for the standard and only breakfast). Top floor room with great ocean views. Bathroom accessories only soap, shampoo, shower cap. Every day they put two bottles of water 0.5, tea, coffee (free of charge). Breakfast is delicious but not varied. Cleaned in the room every day, but not very good. You can’t swim opposite the hotel, there are corals, you need to swim 100 meters to the left along the beach (if you look at the ocean), huge turtles swim to the right along the beach near the Hikka Trans by Cinnamon hotel, you can also swim with a mask to look at the fish. We liked the food best at J. L. H. (to the right of the hotel towards Hikka Trans). The hotel is full of chipmunks, iguanas walk (not to be confused with monitor lizards), we saw geckos on the balcony.
