There are no complaints about the hotel, there are complaints about the tour operator, we flew on Fly Dubai, it seems like everyone was warned, but on the other hand, it didn’t turn out very nice. It was a long flight, we flew by two planes, although on the planes they fed everyone except us, only Arabs were fed, they didn’t even offer us water, not to mention tea and coffee. Hotel class. We were very interested in the price, a budget option. I've read reviews and people seem to be happy with it. We are especially picky and decided that everything would suit us. We arrived early, at about 6 am, we were settled in 10 minutes. The girls are all friendly. I was traveling with my daughter, so I asked for separate beds in advance, the only thing that we were not fed upon arrival. Although everything was paid for, breakfast was paid for, for me it was incomprehensible that they paid for 11 breakfasts, and fed 9 times. We swam on the beach where the turtles were, of course there were waves on the hotel beach, the sand itself was generally awesome golden color. Everything was beautiful, clean, there were few people. Palm trees, exotic plants. The pool was cleaned quite often, the sunbeds were taken out to the ocean and to the pool, if you do not take into account that this hotel has a small territory boldly put five stars for service. It can be seen that the hotel is upset that it has captured the neighboring territories, we just lived in a new extension. Excursions were bought not from guides, but from locals. We went to a tea factory, where they fed us a free cake and gave us free tea. There are no shops nearby, you need to go to them. Well, such a small repair will not hurt, but everything works in the room. We asked them for sockets for the euro standard, they did not refuse and helped us. The hotel is wonderful, no complaints about them.
