My most memorable holiday in Sri Lanka is connected with the Club Waskaduwa Beach Resort & Spa! Here I fully rested, just enjoyed the comfort and silence) A brand new and clean hotel, very beautifully decorated, although not a large area, the hotel staff are responsive and wonderful people, they quickly solved the problems that arose. The rooms are spacious, with large beds, huge panoramic windows overlooking the ocean, a terrace with furniture, and the bathroom is just lovely, luxuriously equipped and beautifully decorated! Water, shower gel, shampoo, body cream are regularly brought to the room. Also in the room there is a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar. One socket is universal, the rest are not suitable for our chargers - take adapters with you or you can ask at the reception. There are no complaints about cleaning and changing towels / linen, they cleaned well, although I read the opposite from reviews. Food. Breakfasts are rather monotonous, but satisfying, there are also omelettes, sausages, chicken, beans, fruits, coffee, sometimes pastries, muffins. Dinner at the hotel restaurants is not very expensive and the menu is varied every day, in the first, where there is a buffet, in the second restaurant, where there is a chic selection of seafood. There is a pool, but there are few sunbeds, if you're lucky, you can lie down) In the evenings, TV, free Wi-Fi and a rooftop bar with a wonderful selection of cocktails save you. The excursions offered by the tour operator, in particular the trip to the turtle farm and the tea plantations of Nuwara Eliya, were the most interesting for me. The hotel is devoid of entertainment programs, but for a quiet, relaxing holiday is suitable. Thank you for the great time, organization of the flight and comfortable stay!
