The most convenient way to go on a safari to Yala National Park is from a small town called Tissamaharama. The Kithala Resort is just on the way to the national park.
I did not like the smell of dampness and mustiness in the hotel. He is everywhere, nowhere to hide. I even asked to change the room to a higher floor, but it's still damp. It was not possible to evaluate breakfast, since at 5 in the morning I went to the little animals. But for a modest fee, they prepared a lunch box for me with juice, a sandwich and a banana. The girl at the reception is very nice, organized a private jeep for me late in the evening at a very reasonable price (her father drove the jeep), so I didn’t have to bother much about this topic.
They cook disgustingly in the restaurant, I tried to have lunch there, they brought some kind of terrible stew instead of tomato soup and tasteless beef. For the stew, it should be noted, they did not take money. I hope they don't cook it for anyone else.

The hotel does not catch mobile Internet well, while Wi-Fi is weak. More or less comfortable you can use the Internet only in the reception area.
A big plus - there is a pool, after returning from a safari, we managed to swim and sunbathe a little.
