Koggala, as we understand it, is the province of fishermen. Very poor. You can see the same ocean in Bentota and Kalutara. Only the infrastructure will be more tourist-oriented. You will NOT save money by choosing this hotel. You will spend more than you would pay for a good 4 in another province. The jewelry money I took with me was spent on food (I'm not picky), drinks and fruit. On the second day, it became clear to us why people bring food with them.
