Sri Lanka is my vacation))) But I’ll start from the very beginning - when you buy a tour, I recommend that you immediately issue an ETU (about 25 USD) so that later at the airport Colombos do not stand in line for a visa, we were given a migration card on the plane, flew in transit and . . the first "gift" (and last) - my friend's luggage did not arrive in Colombo (therefore, I recommend that everyone who flies in transit through Sharjah - put a swimsuit, linen, a minimum of clothes in hand luggage)... in general, I continue - we went through passport control quickly - 5 minutes and a stamp in my passport... , then I found my luggage))) (which I was glad about) and went to change money (I changed euros -200 euros - almost 30.000 rupees) immediately bought a local SIM card - 1000 rupees (DIALOGUE) and 850 rupees on my account - 1 minute of a call to Ukraine about 20 rupees (I'm a balabolka - I had to replenish 1000 rupees 1 time - but she called every day and more than once - a report to her husband))) Then transfer - to Koggala from Colombo - about 5 hours (of which 3 hours is Colombo, further along the autobahn many times faster) - immediately found ourselves on another planet, people, trees... everything is different . . smells... the sky . . in general, this is a must see)) Hotel - we arrived at 11-00 somewhere, we were asked to wait... cleaning the rooms . . and then my nerves gave out (not only that my friend's luggage was lost, there was still about 1 hour to wait) and . . I called my husband and began to tell him their emotions. . . the Sri Lankans apparently understand the words - HORROR. . . because after 5 minutes a cute young man ran up to me and handed me the key to the room))) superium))) I note very pleasant))) Jaya Sri, then we asked they all brought blankets, then a mosquito all at once)) The room - in Long Beach - the first floor, spacious, clean linen, towels - 4 per person - beach, bath, for legs and for the face . . everything changed every day (of course I left 1 c. u. on the bed - 8 grv - for our not so big money + a Roshen coffee)) the ocean and the beach - fantastic - the beach is clean, the ocean is certainly not the sea, but....I even liked just floundering in the surf))
Beach Boy - in general, I read a lot about how annoying they are... I didn’t notice much... if in the morning I didn’t answer their Hello, no one approached me at all throughout the day... the lady doesn’t want to communicate. . . women, locals wore pareos, all sorts of patya and other nonsense are suitable... but if you say = know . . calmly move on... if I supported the conversation with a scourge, then there were no touches other than words... as soon as I said -buy... they immediately left me alone))) one really offered me - good boyfriend in Sri Lanka)) but I said -may good -boyfriend in Ukraine))) he doesn’t give me such services anymore suggested))) In general, the Sri Lankans are very polite, as long as my friend and I walked together, there were no unpleasant moments... For girls, I want to give advice - take things to a minimum....there is simply nowhere to wear them, the country is poor, heels and evening dress in Hotels Beach - somehow I haven’t seen)) the best clothes are made of cotton)) you won’t find a decent swimsuit there, shopping - except perhaps tea, fruits, spices and cosmetics, clothes for women there are specific styles and colors...
