The tour was purchased from JoinAp. We live in a hotel with a family from 01/09/2019, we will leave on 01/20/2019 at night. Everything was great, wonderful island, smiling staff, great weather, good hotel. But, as they put up an advertising banner that on Tuesdays in the restaurant for all seafood a 30% discount, we are looking forward to it. At our request to show the menu with prices, they include a standard go-ahead - "my yours does not understand", as a result, having not achieved prices, we are waiting for a delicious dinner. They chose all the most delicious and exotic, weighed us and announced the amount, showing it only on the calculator, to my question where is the 30% discount, they answered that they had already calculated it for you. But at the end of the dinner, which was cooked disgustingly ???? , I couldn’t even guess before that it was possible to spoil seafood, they bring us a bill one and a half times more than the previously said amount, to our indignant question why there is such a difference, as usual, there is only one answer, “ mine doesn't understand yours. " We did not spoil our mood, deciding to leave until tomorrow to find out the reasons for this deception. But, the next day it was even worse, the staff assured that there was no discount on the banner ???????????? , and in general we needed to take a picture of it, they showed us a folded banner with a torn off sticker where there was a discount . Despite the fact that other people told them that there was a discount, they again include idiots. Our JoinAp representative tried to “help” us by phone (pathetic attempts, supposedly solving our issue), but all in vain. They offended us very much, and not even by the fact that they cheat (not only us), but by the fact that they see suckers and idiots in us. We go thousands of kilometers to them, we bring money, and they face us in the mud.
We are experienced tourists, we have visited different countries, but this is the first time we experience such bestial attitude. I categorically do not advise all my friends and all Internet users to go to this hotel.
