This is such a terrible hotel that it's hard to even describe. The hotel has 3 buildings and, perhaps, the presented photos are true and there are such rooms in one of the buildings. But what they gave us is beyond description.
3 families came. One booked a room with a sea view, the second - with a track, the third - a deluxe family room and paid $ 5.000 for a ticket. All were given the same rooms in a building that looked like a converted stable. The windows didn't even have glass, only shutters. We categorically refused to settle in this ghetto and asked to provide us with rooms that were booked and paid for HALF A YEAR before the trip. The manager told us that he did not have such numbers and that he allegedly warned our company about this.
I remind you: 3 different families, from 3 different companies, from 3 different cities, with a reservation for 3 different rooms - the situation is the same. After contacting the tour operator, we eventually resolved the issue and we were placed in another hotel, but if you don’t want to fly 10 hours on a plane + 2 hours on a bus from the airport, end up in a similar situation - categorically refuse this "hotel". The biggest question we had was not about the quality of the hotel, but about the reviews on Booking. com. When choosing a hotel, we first of all read the reviews and when we arrived, we were in complete shock. Really none of the tourists faced with this situation in this hotel? We realized that this is a completely standard situation for them. If you don't want to ruin your holiday then avoid this hotel.

P. S. This hotel does not belong to OYO and the photo of the reception shows that the picture was made by photoshop. We were moved to an OYO hotel, which is 20 meters away. There is excellent service, rooms, service, etc.
