"Супер отель" "Super hotel"

I can’t understand where such positive reviews about this hotel and in general about holidays in Sri Lanka come from. Went with my wife for 12 days. At the airport, I was met by a representative of the tour operator who ran for at least an hour looking for a bus that would take us to hotels, and all the tourists followed him. he did not know how to deliver us, as a result, they rented some kind of minibus. We arrived at the hotel, the bus door opened and as soon as we got out it closed. After that, representatives of the tour operator, we no longer saw.
Further more interesting. There is not a single Russian-speaking person in the hotel. With grief in half, they realized that we wanted to settle down and gave us the keys to the room. Arriving in the room and immediately going into the bathroom (it’s a pity they didn’t take a picture), they didn’t find their reflection in the mirror, the chairs in the room are so worn and dirty that my grandmother’s in the barn is better, there are so many spiders and cobwebs around the room as if they hadn’t cleaned at least year. After a tiring flight, they still couldn’t force themselves to lie down on the bed and, accordingly, went to swear (despite the fact that they don’t understand us). After 5 minutes of Russian swearing, they still give us another number, which seemed to us compared to the previous one, just a luxury.
After a two hour break, we decided to go for a walk. The territory is really well-groomed, cut grass, bushes, flowers. On this, positive emotions ended when a breeze blew from the enclosure where the elephant lives and everyone began to inhale the aromas of the farm. In the restaurant you can find edible food if you are not very picky.

Separately, about the cleanliness of dishes. Above I wrote about the mirror, and so the glasses are exactly the same, since the white plates are not visible on them. Someone in the reviews wrote that everything and everyone there is clean. I can say that I am absolutely not a squeamish person and I rest both with tents and at old Soviet recreation centers where there is mold and not always a fresh smell (fishing). If people write that it is clean there, let them not be offended by me, but they mean blind or almost blind. The staff are such assholes that I have not seen yet, they told me that it is worse only in India, very close by. They wait for beer or whiskey, but it doesn't matter which is simply not possible. It takes at least 15 minutes from the moment of ordering to the moment of serving, while it is impossible to order 2.3, 4 bottles (in other words, if you want to relax, buy in a store). In the pool bar, glasses are not even rinsed in water (I saw this for the first time).
I decided to write after I saw such positive reviews in which outright lies (dummy bastards write). The bottom line of my review is this. You can still go once to see how people live and how you don’t need to live. You can live in a hotel, but not for people who are annoyed by dirty dishes, furniture and smeared cockroaches on the walls. We were told that this is one of the best hotels, I imagine that there are others!! ! I repeat once again I am not squeamish and not fanatical about cleanliness, but when you pay money for it and they write to you that everything is clean and beautiful, such lies infuriate you.
Now I'll look for a photo, if I find it, I'll definitely hang "exotic".
