Went with my wife to Sri 1.12. 2011. . . TEZ tour company. . . Aircraft-charter from Kyiv Aerosvit. . . There is nothing bad about the flight - the plane was quite new both back and forth, however, oddly enough, the pilot announced both times that they say there was a problem with the TV signal, so there was nothing to do during the flight, except to eat twice))) But upon arrival, problems began ))) I see here many complain about problems with the reservation, and so we had the same trouble - no one meets. . . Okay, while we bought SIM cards, but changed money, we found a representative of the company at the airport. We show him the voucher - he fumbles through the lists, we are not here!! ! But the truth got out, brought out a street, put him in a car, in general they took him) Further at the hotel. . . I show the voucher - the boy at the reception is shocked, we are not on the lists, and the voucher does not seem to be fake))) It was about 5 am - imagine my condition !!! ) People come, they are settled, and they tell me wait! I had to go and have breakfast for free without permission))) Well, at about 8 in the morning, a more serious man appeared and offered, for an additional payment of 10 euros per day, to settle us immediately in a room of a higher category than ours was declared. . . I got up and looked at the number, okay. . . God bless him - after all, they are tired, it is necessary to settle. . . But then, basically, only positive emotions - the weather is gorgeous (I saw the rain twice, we overslept once after arrival, and a thunderstorm in the afternoon on the day of departure), the ocean is powerful and fairly clean, the territory and the beach are quite good for this price category. . . What else does? Oh yes. . . food. . . There are problems with food - there is simply no meat as such - fried lard in a sweet sauce and someone's bones in vegetables))) Fish - yes, although the choice is small, but there is every day and very good. . . Well, as everyone wrote sometimes crabs, seafood is the rest. . . For drinks - there are no fresh juices, even for money (which is strange), the alcohol is weak, but everything is in glasses, the beer is not bad and they give it directly in bottles (you can’t dilute it))). . . The waiters are quite lively, although sometimes they are not in a hurry))) Cleaning the rooms every day, plus flowers on the bed for a dollar, although it is difficult to call it crystal clean))) Animation is trying to stir up people - I must admit a couple of evening attempts were very good. . . In general, to be honest - I tuned in for the worst, but it turned out to be quite even nothing, if you don’t find fault - it’s certainly not Turkey or even Egypt, but it’s not as scary as many write. . . On excursions - you can take on the beach at Silva for long distances (more than 50 km), speaks Russian quite tolerably, and quite decent for a Sri Lankan))) Close excursions and trips to nearby towns can be taken from Prasana (he is with a crowd of more such hangs out at the entrance to the hotel with his tuk-tuk), also quite decent and decent. . . Believe me, there is something, unfortunately, to compare. . . Well that's all. . . True, as with arrival, the situation was the same - there was no transfer from the hotel again! I was already freaked out, I wanted to call a taxi, but firstly, there was a problem with a taxi at night, and secondly, the respectable-looking hotel manager again helped, after talking on the phone with a stupid guide, whom I had never seen after arrival, found a car and drove to the airport for free , for which I thank him) I thought that this company let me down, but after reading that people had similar problems, I'm inclined that it's the "computer base" of the hotel that is junk))) Good luck and have a good rest!! !
