From the positive points:
1. The hotel really looks like in the pictures - a small area, clean, friendly staff.
2. Average rooms - there are air conditioners, refrigerators everywhere, but there are no safes in the rooms. Safes are located at the reception. I strongly recommend that you immediately hand over everything of value to the safe. We had a case when one of the hotel staff sat down to talk with us, and in the end we almost lost our camera.
3. About 500 meters from the hotel (if you walk along the beach) there is a good local restaurant "U Lelik". The food is divine, not spicy, fresh, and for reasonable money. For example, for 4 we took a plate of shrimp, a plate of tuna, crab and noodle (pasta with seafood or chicken), 4 freshly squeezed fresh juices and it all cost us about 1000 rubles.
From the negative:

1. The hotel is divided into two parts: the hotel itself and the bungalow area. From the side of the hotel (about 15 meters) there are railway tracks, and trains every 15 minutes until late at night. Shumnova something for the rest.
2. There is no animation as such. It gets dark at 17:00. And then everyone comes up with entertainment for himself.
3. The kitchen is terrible. It looks like the juices were made from stale fruit. Everything is very sharp. For breakfast they gave omelettes, and this is the only thing you could eat.
Overall impression: average. Sri Lanka itself is beautiful, filled with colors, unusual. But the hotel... In general, they have room to grow. Although if you are going only to lie on the coast of the Indian Ocean, then the hotel meets all the requirements.
