недостатки отеля hotel disadvantages

I will be brief and write only what I did not like. so:
1) the staff impudently asks for money for service (for carrying luggage, for any request at the reception).
2) HUGE cockroaches, caterpillars live in the rooms.
3) we saw a snake on the territory of the hotel, crawled right next to the rooms, and huge toads.
4) there is a railway near the hotel, on which trains begin to rumble from 6 in the morning, one by one, and they signal, as if over the ear, it is impossible to sleep.
5) in our room they specially put one less towel, for which, when renting a room, we were ripped off the money.
6) there is wi-fi, it's free, but it's impossible to access the Internet from a computer, the speed is very low.
7) there is not a single Russian-speaking channel on TV, although 90% of Russians have a rest.
8) in the canteen it is impossible to eat calmly, constantly wandering dogs sit under the tables, cats fight on their knees, asking for food.
