I didn’t choose this hotel, but Bentota Bay, but they convinced me. according to my requests, that hotel would not suit me... I trusted my tour operator completely and did not regret it a bit. The breakfasts are good, they offer a lot of things, but I practically don’t have breakfast, so there was a lot of choice for me. Those who are used to AI may not really like it, but I didn’t fly there for that. We had breakfast and dinner included and that was enough. During the day you can dine in local restaurants or in the hotel restaurant. The food is delicious, but I don't like spicy food, I asked them not to add pepper. All my wishes were taken into account.

Good afternoon. Vacationing in Sri Lanka is not the first time. We went in August. The hotel was chosen based on reviews. Very pleasantly surprised by its level, it absolutely justifies its price. Modern, well-maintained, good number of rooms. Solid 4! We were very lucky with the tour operator. Friends advised TPG, we were very pleased with their work. Everything is organized with high quality and on time, no problems with the flight and transfer, excellent communication and support during the holidays. At the hotel we were greeted very hospitably and friendly, treated to coffee, offered to fill out the paperwork and immediately escorted to the room. Very comfortable, stylish, nothing more. A special plus of the room is a balcony overlooking the sea, where it is so nice to have coffee in the morning. The room has a large bed with a comfortable mattress, air conditioning, TV, kettle, safe, plenty of storage space. Bathroom with jacuzzi and ocean view is unrealistically cool! ! There were enough towels and toiletries. Housekeeping and room service are excellent. Wi-Fi catches normally. The food is quite varied. . For breakfast there is always a choice of dishes from European and national cuisines, a lot of pastries, fruits, casseroles, tortillas and more. Dinners are hearty, they make good portions, be sure to eat fish, seafood, various meat dishes, side dishes, vegetables and salads, sweets. Service is fast, attentive waiters. The beach is sandy, quiet, what you need for a family holiday. The sand is light. It's nice to swim, the waves really were very often. But in that case, we swam in a large pool in a hotel with a panoramic view of the ocean. The hotel staff pleased with their attitude and diligence, all requests were fulfilled immediately, it was very comfortable to rest! I recommend the hotel with pleasure, you will not regret your choice!
