My room was robbed by hotel staff and management doesn't care! I recommend choosing any other hotel! I stayed there in May 5-8.2013. Returning to my room in the evening, I found that my medicines, which I had left on the table, were gone (cost 200 euros). They were in aluminum foil - I think the cleaner just threw them away.

I stayed there in May 5-8.2013. Returning to my room in the evening, I found that my medicines, which I had left on the table, were gone (cost 200 euros). They were in aluminum foil - I think the cleaner just threw them away. What struck me was how the company's management approached the problem. The vice-president of the hotel, Vidmantas Kudarauskas, accused me of making up this story on purpose. He did not even try to talk to the cleaners who were cleaning that day and find out the situation. Rough hitting, there was not even an ATTEMPT TO APOLOGIZE, not to mention compensation. Knowing that I needed to go to the airport by plane, he mockingly offered to call the police, for which I had to wait 3 hours. If you want things to disappear from your room and you yourself are accused of theft, you can stop there!
