Disappointed by the rude service. It would seem that the hotel business is based on a friendly attitude, a smile and courtesy. Even the discrepancy between the promised service and the actual one can be forgiven, but not such outright rudeness as in this hotel. Will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone.
