The first time we were told that the masters would be sent tomorrow, and we thought that something had broken. The second time we simply did not find any of the staff in the evening. The third time I found the owner and he told me that it was not hot and the air conditioner was not needed. I tried to explain that we are hot in the room, but the owner is not hot.
