We were at the hotel in July 2018. The hotel has a good repair, the plumbing works well. But I was struck by the greed of the owners. There is no shelf in the showers where you can put soap and a washcloth, so you have to leave the cabin every time for supplies, and then go back in. Not to mention that shampoo, gel and hair conditioner are not provided, you have to buy them by ourselves. The second is towels. There are two of them and they are designed for hands, not for the body. And one for the legs. Already if the owners save, then you can buy large ones and change them every other day, and not every day, but the guests will be able to dry themselves normally. These are small things, but they are annoying. The bed was changed once a week. The trash was taken out every day. The air conditioner worked properly. There is a clothes dryer which is a plus. . There is a kettle and 2 glasses in the room. I would like 2 cups, but suddenly the glasses will burst.
And I would like to add that the hotel is located on a mountain and it is difficult for tourists with a sick heart, families with small children and people of the age to climb up in the heat. This must be taken into account when choosing a hotel.
We did not take food, we had breakfast at the Obala Hotel for 5 euros per person / buffet / and dinner there for 5.5 euros / menu /. But at Villa "Boyana" there is also food, but people say that it is not very tasty and rather poor.
