We rested in Villa Bojana, which is located in Rafailovici.

Apartment No. 3 consists of a living room, a bedroom, two bathrooms and a terrace.
In the living room there is a kitchen + a large sofa bed, bedside tables, an armchair and TV; 2 bathrooms with a shower sink and a toilet, though in one of them the shower did not work when we checked in, the administrator apologized for the inconvenience, explaining that it had broken the day before, in the bedroom there is a large double bed (it creaks quite strongly), a wardrobe and a dressing table. The highlight of the room is the terrace, this room is located on the second floor of the villa, because the hotel is located on a hill, the view is magical, you can see absolutely everything, and due to the second floor there is little sun on the terrace. Oh yes, there are many swallow nests on the terrace itself).

Wifi worked, there really are no shelves in the bathroom, the kitchen lacks a cutting board, a sharp knife and salt). Room cleaning for 7 days was 3-4 times, towels were changed every two days.
From pluses: the room is very cozy and spacious, we fell in love with it.
Cons: The double bed creaks, one shower was not working at the time of check-in.

The administrator's name is Tatyana, she more or less understands Russian, and they will explain how to understand her - it was not difficult for us. After checking in, she took us to the place where the transfer to the airport picks up everyone, opposite the stop there is Pekara (bakery), led us to the cafe from the Villa Grill Basta “Stefan”, suggested where the meeting with the guide would take place (for those who want to order an excursion from him). As for the cafe, those who order food for themselves eat there (there are special offers for guests, I am attaching a photo of the menu). We didn't, and were happy because we had a kitchen + it was interesting to eat in different places.
Regarding excursions, if you take it from a guide (who meets you at the airport), you need to attend a meeting with him and find out everything in detail, his prices for excursions are higher than on the waterfront, but insurance may be included in the price. . but that's my guess.

As I said earlier, there is a bus stop near the villa, it is not far from the villa to go both to Budva and to Sveti Stefan. Rafailovici, for me, is the best location for recreation, because it is quite quiet there. On the waterfront on the left (near Obala) there is a Mega market, an IDEA supermarket, a few more shops (including non-stop ones), and of course a pharmacy.
Nearby there is Kamenovo beach (to the left along the embankment and through the tunnel), to the right along the embankment you can go to Budva (-+60 minutes).
P. S. check out at the villa at 10:00, we were allowed to stay until 11 and leave things at the reception, keep this in mind when you take tickets back, because the transfer will have to wait,
