The sheets are darned, washed, no one bothers to change the batteries in the air conditioner control panel. The walls need updating, scratches and cracks.
Balcony - do not turn around. View of the mountains and neighboring hotels. I sent it to my English-speaking daughters, who accepted the request, it was done every other time. For example, they have a rule: if you stay for more than a week, change your linen after 5 days, on the 6th day they returned from the excursion, no one scratched, after requests, they changed it on the 7th day.
Towels were provided every 3 days.
They took out the garbage themselves, put the toilet paper after we bought our own.
Wifi is weak.
Near a supermarket, cafes, 10 minutes to the sea, stops nearby too. This is a plus.
In general, you can live, but there are better options for the same price.

And most importantly, proximity to noisy Budva. We chose apartments in Becici because there are a lot of people in Budva and literally nowhere to lie down, large pebbles and a narrow coastline filled with paid sunbeds. And in Becici there are both paid sunbeds and free municipal beaches with their bedding on small pebbles mixed with sand, it’s normal to lie. Who is considering a budget option, comfort and coziness, proximity to Budva, convenience to bus stops, a supermarket, the sea, then you are here. Definitely recommend! )
