A walk around Montenegro began from the airport of Tivat, where hospitable Montenegrins met us with a traditional vine (local grape vodka).
Check-in to the hotel was quick, we got a room with a shower, a view of the hotel's main entrance and the mountains. The location of the hotel is very good, so any view will be on the mountains or the sea. The only drawback is the small rooms with narrow passages between the bed and the walls. The room is cozy, clean, cleaning and change of towels every day. The food at the hotel is excellent, the hotel works on the all system, every day some of the dishes were new, wines and drinks of local production in unlimited quantities. The hotel has 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool with jacuzzi, which can be used by all guests free of charge. The hotel has a €8 spa, which was spoiled by the cold, unheated relaxation room. A gym, tennis court and playground are also part of the hotel's infrastructure.
Montenegro is a country with a mild climate, a bizarre combination of palms, pines and beautiful flowers, hospitable people and countless mountains. As the Montenegrins themselves claim, there are two seas in Montenegro - one is "mountainous", the second is the Adriatic, which has an unusually transparent azure color and the cleanest beaches with small and large pebbles. The season here opens in May and lasts until September. Most of the beaches are municipal, which is associated with a small coastline that resembles our South Coast. Prices in Montenegro are European, but not very high. You can dine from 10 euros for two, the entrance to the beach in the season is 1 euro, renting an umbrella and sun loungers is from 3 euros / day. , Some beaches are free.

There are many excursion routes in Montenegro, for example, such as “Tour Montenegro” (approx. 25 Euro), which includes an excursion to Cetinje, where the Cetinje Monastery with the right hand of John the Baptist is located, the path to which lies through the mountains. The mountain roads are very narrow and steep, but having overcome fear and doubts, having climbed to the highest point of the route, tourists have a breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor, which is an unusually beautiful sight. The excursion to Boko-Kotor was remembered by the narrow streets of Kotor, fresh prosciutto, cheese, olives and a refreshing boat trip to the island with the Cathedral of the Mother of God of the Rock.
Montenegro is a country created for recreation. Life here flows smoothly and unhurriedly. Montenegrins say - “If you want to work, sit down, rest, and this desire will pass. It’s hard to live without doing anything, but don’t be afraid of difficulties” : )))
Montenegro cannot but conquer the one who is looking for the harmony of the fusion of man with nature. And there is hardly anyone who would not want to come back here again!
