We stayed at the hotel in July. It was a spontaneous choice, and given the extremely hot weather, a bit rash. We'd stayed at the same chain several times before, but in Crete, Greece. We didn't regret it. Our arrival was early. The airport in Tivat is small. The transfer to the hotel takes about 30 minutes. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, so don't expect an earlier check-in during peak season. We never rush things; we changed, asked for towel cards (a 20-euro deposit per towel), reminded them we wanted breakfast, and, having received our bracelets, we began our vacation. I read in one review that the ALL-INclusive service is valid from check-in, which is 3:00 PM. This had been a concern even when we were choosing the hotel, as we knew we'd arrive early and would be in time for breakfast, so I decided to contact the hotel directly. The Iberostar chain's head office in Spain responds to all questions almost immediately. I received a detailed answer to my question about the possibility of breakfast before check-in. At the chain's hotels, if you choose the ALL-INclusive package, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included on the day of arrival, but only breakfast is included on the day of check-out. Before check-in, we were given wristbands without a room number, but upon check-in, they were replaced with identical ones, but with a room number.
I loved the hotel. The grounds are magnificent! Lots of greenery, palm trees, an olive grove, flowers. Everything is well-kept, clean, and beautiful! The grounds are truly superior to other nearby hotels.
The hotel has three buildings. We were checked into the Grand. Our room was small but cozy, with a great view of the grounds and a side sea view from the balcony. Our overly soft mattresses were replaced with firmer ones within half an hour of our request at reception. Everything in the room worked, but the air conditioner was very powerful and noisy, but we solved this by opening the balcony door slightly. This allowed the air conditioner to switch to a more gentle mode, which was perfectly adequate. A small drawback is the lack of an electric kettle in the room, so if you have an early check-out, you won't be able to get tea or coffee. The minibar is empty, with only one bottle of water available upon arrival. You can refill your water dispenser later (in the restaurants, by the glass, and in the bottle at the bar near the amphitheater and the pizzeria). Housekeeping was impeccable, and towels and bed linens were changed. Shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, conditioner, and body lotion are all high-quality and available in dispensers. The hair dryer is certainly rare, but it dried well and is suitable for short hair.

The hotel food is excellent! Two restaurants serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner (in the Grand and Terrace buildings), late breakfast, snacks in the pizzeria, and plenty of bars. Each building has its own reception and lobby bars; they're quiet, calm, and practically uncrowded—the only reason being that all these bars require a fee. The bars by the pool, near the amphitheater, and in the pizzeria, as well as the restaurants, offer vending machines that make whole-grain coffee and coffee-based drinks for breakfast. Breakfast is quite varied, although the selection is standard—eggs, omelets, lots of cheese, sausage, ham, bacon, vegetables, fruit, and porridge (two types—rice and oatmeal with milk). The rice porridge is okay, but I didn't like the oatmeal (it's just hops covered in milk, not always hot and not always oatmeal. Sometimes the grains are hard and require 10 minutes of cooking time). Smoothies are made. There's plenty of fish and seafood for lunch and dinner, including daily paella, pork, chicken, turkey, beef, and veal. Everything was fresh and deliciously prepared. Fruit included cherries, grapes, watermelon, melon, pineapple, nectarines, kiwi, apples, and pears. Drinks for lunch and dinner are provided (white, rosé , and red wine, beer). It's impossible to describe everything; some are in the photos.
The beach is nice, with a pebbly entrance, shallow in some places and coarser in others. The hotel is located in a bay surrounded by mountains, very beautiful. With air temperatures hovering between 37°C and 38°C, the water was quite warm (26°C) during the first few days. In the morning, when there are fewer people, the difference in water temperature between the surface and the bottom is clearly noticeable. It's possible that there are many springs at the bottom, and mountain rivers add cold water. In the afternoon, the water mixes with people, and the temperature evens out. After a few days, the heat subsided, but the sea water also became less comfortable, though the number of swimmers remained the same.

The hotel staff is professional, attentive, and responsive to any request.
